What a great find (pet friendly luxury), in the heart of Tenterfield, with all the trappings. We had our blue Australian Cattle Dog with us and both 2 leg & 4 leg family members we're welcomed by friendly, helpful & professional staff. All the amenities - a home away from home. The bar & restaurant are top-shelf. A must try when in Center field, we will definitely be back, highly recommend
I would have happily given this place five stars just on it's food. Absolutely brilliant flavours and fresh. Though the menu is a little limited, once we had our selection we were rewarded with 4 stunning dishes. Staff were wonderful too. However the rooms were nothing to write home about. Priced way above the norm for Tenterfield, they were nothing special.
Wonderfully comfortable hotel. The bed was one of the best I have ever slept in. The rooms were very clean and kept. They were also very quiet.The room was a bit small (fine for 2 people. But you couldn't get an extra roll out bed inside). The bathroom however was very large and luxurious. It also felt a little bit pricy for what they offered.Overall staying here was a great experience and I would love to stay there again.
I love every thing about this hotel. The interior has been tastefully renovated, combining old world charm with modern amenities. The bedrooms have been beautifully decorated and include very comfortable beds and pillows. The whole place was very fresh and clean.We chose to eat in the informal dinning area near the fire and enjoyed a few wines. The owners were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
