Rooms a good size and comfortable. Staff very knowledgeable about where to go in Tenterfield and surrounding areas. Staff very friendly. A good place to stay.

Clean and comfortable rooms, but very dated. Friendly helpful staff. Closest motel accommodation to centre of town, shops, pubs, cafes and tourist attractions. Room has a bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, a table with two chairs, a small sofa-bed, a queen bed, an ensuite with shower, toilet and sink and a makeup/computer/writing desk. Free wi-fi that seems to work fine. No stairs, everything is ground level.No pool or other recreation area, nothing for kids. No onsite restaurant. Breakfast is available in your room. No guest laundry that we could see. There is a BBQ available, you need to ask reception for plates and cutlery. Undercover carparking, though full size cars will poke out half a metre or more. Old (noisy) window-mount aircon unit, which is reverse cycle. Old 32" LCD TV that can't do the new mpeg4 channels. TV has a handful of Foxtel sport and movie channels, unfortunately the source is set to the wrong aspect ratio. Poor water pressure in the bathroom (hot water disappears if the people next door have a shower). Exhaust fan in bathroom is on when the light is on and is very noisy.
A great place.. Very close to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable and a great shower. If you want a good night sleep this place is a must... Walking distance to all pubs....
