I rented the same house through Ray White Tenterfield for 3 years and have immaculent references for the last 15 years. Despite always being on time with rent and leaving the property in better condition than when I moved in, almost $200 was taken from my bond because (at 7 months pregnant) I could not reach behind the fire place to remove a small amount of dust. My 4 year old, unborn child and I were then thrown onto the streets as no rentals were available. The only "possible" option was to pay the same rent for a house in poor condition a quarter the size of the house and yard I had been renting (which would of covered the entire mortgage for an employee of Ray White). It is still empty. Libby Sharpe and Pru Birch were also extremely unprofessional and rude due to gossip involving an ex from over a decade ago. Be warned: unless you own stock or property the employees of Ray White Tenterfield are judgemental, ruthless & money hungry. VENT OVER!
Very friendly and welcoming staff with a business that has a nice and modern, i look forward to going in again to look for rentals.
